This week, the development group for the Omnimodel had two intensive and inspiring working days focused on further developing the model. The goal has been to clarify the vision, strategize for the future, and create a solid foundation for further work.
The days have been characterized by engagement, professional exchange and a strong focus on how the Omnimodel can become an even better tool in the work of creating safe and inclusive environments. Through group work and plenary discussions, the participants have worked to sharpen the model's core values and clarify how it will contribute to a bullying-free society.
An important theme has been to further develop the model's implementation strategies, so that more schools, kindergartens and workplaces can benefit from its methods. The group has also focused on making the model more accessible and user-friendly, including through digital resources and training opportunities.
The result of these two days is an updated strategy that gives the Omnimodel a clear direction forward. The group has come up with a revised vision that puts people's well-being and development at the center. At the same time, it has been important to ensure that the model remains flexible and adapted to different needs.
We look forward to sharing more about the further work on the Omnimodel. Stay tuned to the website for updates and new resources!
