as Omni Supervisor.
Choosing a name for the model – the Omnimodel
There is agreement that the names so far do not adequately reflect the vision we have for this work. The negative aspects of the adolescent environment
development model (ONU) and a number of other names are suggested. After discussing that the model is all-encompassing and can apply to all parts of children and young people's kindergarten, school and upbringing environment, Jon-Halvdan Lenning finds the term Omni which means all-encompassing / something that applies to everything and everyone.
